Pambula Motorfest – 2018

Pambula Motorfest have donated over $90,000 to the local Bega Valley Community to date.

ABOUT PAMBULA MOTORFEST

A team effort by community & enthuisiasts, showing off utes, vans, bikes, tractors, sedans, boats & everything in between!

Pambula Motorfest & Swap Meet is a chance to exhibit your special vehicle, meet with like-minded people, help raise funds for local charity and support small local business.

Motorfest includes a dazzling array of vehicles to check out, plus market stalls, demonstrations, trade displays and a swap meet. Food & drinks are available onsite with lots of entertainment for the kids and a dedicated kid’s zone.

We are now a biennial event with the next Motorfest to be held on the SUNDAY 30th September 2018 – (Labour Day long weekend).

Candelo Markets – 1st Sunday

Take a drive out to Candelo for the monthly Candelo Market held on the 1st Sunday of every month from 8.30am to 12.30pm.  It’s the largest market on the Sapphire Coast, with an abundance of stalls and a strong focus on locally produced goods and wares.

Since the first Candelo Markets in 1982, the markets has grown through community support, to fund community projects and make a place for itself in the Shire.

Pambula Rotary Market – 2nd Sunday

Second Sunday each month 8 am to 12:30 pm

New stalls are always welcome

The Pambula Village Markets is managed by the Rotary Club of Pambula Inc. and the Pambula Recreation Reserve Trust.

Stalls offer everything from tea cosies to hand-made baby clothes, home made icecreams to home made jams and pickles, seedlings to full grown plants, jewellery to bric a brac, fresh meat and clothing. Dogs controlled on leashes are permitted.

Enjoy an egg and bacon roll, spring rolls, pancakes, coffee and a homemade cake in a friendly community atmosphere. Sites are marked and numbered, with a standard site frontage of 3.5 m per stall.

Stall fees are $20 for a standard site and $30 for a large site. It is possible to pay quarterly in advance and receive a discount. That fee will be $15 for a standard site per month, or $25 per month for a large site. All profits benefit Pambula Rotary community projects.

Eden Local Produce Market – 3rd Saturday

The Eden Community Market is held on the third Saturday of every month, from 8.30am to 12.00 noon.

The market is held in the ‘Garden of Eden’ which was created by a warm community of growers and is a small community market that encourages our local people to display their wares.

Sapphire Coast Week of Golf 2018

Tournament Overview:

  • The Week of Golf is held during the 3rd week of October annually.   The tournament actually goes for 9 days, concluding with the Men’s 36 Hole Open on the second weekend and comprises the following events:
  • Saturday – Ladies 4BBB Stableford and Men’s individual Par (limited field for men)
  • Sunday – Men’s 4BBB Stableford
  • Monday – Canadian Foursomes for mixed pairs
  • Tuesday – Ladies individual Stableford
  • Wednesday – Men’s individual Stableford
  • Thursday – Ladies and Men’s individual stableford (limited field for men)
  • Friday – American Foursomes for mixed pairs
  • Saturday – Men’s 18 hole Stroke
  • Sunday – Men’s 18 hole Stroke

No worries if your spouse doesn’t play golf.  We will happily find you a partner for the mixed events, and usually try to pair up players with a similar handicap if possible.  You can pick and choose what events you wish to participate in.   The way the events are structured, there’s plenty of time off for socializing, sightseeing and relaxation.   We also have a Welcome dinner on the first Sunday where many people take the opportunity to catch up with golfing friends from previous years.

Held on the FOURTH SUNDAY of each month, the friendly Wyndham Village Market operates in and around the historic Hall from 8.30 am to 1pm and offers an interesting array of high quality organically grown and locally produced goods.

Eden Whale Festival – 2018

If you want to get up close to these magnificent animals, there is no better place to be in Australia than Eden on the Sapphire Coast of NSW in Spring. The whales can be seen in large numbers in the town’s stunning Twofold Bay, whether you are in a boat or, indeed, just from the shore … And while they frolic, feed and rest, the residents are busily putting on Australia’s premier whale celebration.

For one weekend each year, the whales are celebrated along with the port’s rich maritime and whaling history and stunning coastal wilderness. There’s a spectacular street parade, vibrant markets, great local food and wine, educational marine displays and presentations, quality children’s entertainment, live music and – of course – the best whale watching experience in Australia.

You can take the Killer Whale Trail, a journey around Twofold Bay and the Eden Killer Whale Museum that is rich with whales and tales of adventure. Visit – for a whale of a time!

Second Sunday each month 8 am to 12:30 pm

New stalls are always welcome

The Pambula Village Markets is managed by the Rotary Club of Pambula Inc. and the Pambula Recreation Reserve Trust.

Stalls offer everything from tea cosies to hand-made baby clothes, home made icecreams to home made jams and pickles, seedlings to full grown plants, jewellery to bric a brac, fresh meat and clothing. Dogs controlled on leashes are permitted.

Enjoy an egg and bacon roll, spring rolls, pancakes, coffee and a homemade cake in a friendly community atmosphere. Sites are marked and numbered, with a standard site frontage of 3.5 m per stall.

Stall fees are $20 for a standard site and $30 for a large site. It is possible to pay quarterly in advance and receive a discount. That fee will be $15 for a standard site per month, or $25 per month for a large site. All profits benefit Pambula Rotary community projects.

Eden Local Produce Market – 3rd Saturday

The Eden Community Market is held on the third Saturday of every month, from 8.30am to 12.00 noon.

The market is held in the ‘Garden of Eden’ which was created by a warm community of growers and is a small community market that encourages our local people to display their wares.

Stalls celebrate local produce and foods, hand made jewellery and knitted wares using alpaca wool. There are toys and games for every age, books, dvds, bric a brac. After a browse relax with a cuppa and enjoy the live music and the garden.

You will find lovingly handmade knitwear, jewellry, art, craft, organic skincare, eucalytus and lavendar products. There’s something for everyone including books, plants, fresh flowers, astrology readings, bric-a-brac, rustic bits and pieces, quality herbal supplements for your animals and of course Wyndhams own great coffee to help get you started!

Grab a cup of Wyndhams own great coffee, stock up on all your favourite local products, check out the new stalls,then kick back and relax over brekkie or lunch in the warmth of the supper room gallery.

Since the first Candelo Markets in 1982, the markets has grown through community support, to fund community projects and make a place for itself in the Shire.

In SeNethercoteason: Apples, Avocados, Basil, Beetroot, Capsicums, Chillies, Chokos, Corn, Cucumber, Garlic, Honey, Lettuce, Limes, Nashi, Nectarines, Oranges, Peaches, Plums, Potatoes, Raspberries, Rhubarb, Sage, Shallots, Silverbeet, Squash, Strawberries, Tomatoes, Zucchinis

All fruit and vegetables are produced by local growers whose gardens range from single beds to flourishing orchards and whose supply can be half a bucket of lemons and three sprigs of mint or 300 avocados.

Gardeners pick their produce the night before or early that morning, bring their wares to market and sell to the communal stall.

Our aim is simply to get fresh local food onto local tables.

Second Sunday each month 8 am to 12:30 pm

New stalls are always welcome

The Pambula Village Markets is managed by the Rotary Club of Pambula Inc. and the Pambula Recreation Reserve Trust.

Stalls offer everything from tea cosies to hand-made baby clothes, home made icecreams to home made jams and pickles, seedlings to full grown plants, jewellery to bric a brac, fresh meat and clothing. Dogs controlled on leashes are permitted.

Enjoy an egg and bacon roll, spring rolls, pancakes, coffee and a homemade cake in a friendly community atmosphere. Sites are marked and numbered, with a standard site frontage of 3.5 m per stall.

Stall fees are $20 for a standard site and $30 for a large site. It is possible to pay quarterly in advance and receive a discount. That fee will be $15 for a standard site per month, or $25 per month for a large site. All profits benefit Pambula Rotary community projects.

Held on the FOURTH SUNDAY of each month, the friendly Wyndham Village Market operates in and around the historic Hall from 8.30 am to 1pm and offers an interesting array of high quality organically grown and locally produced goods.

You will find lovingly handmade knitwear, jewellry, art, craft, organic skincare, eucalytus and lavendar products. There’s something for everyone including books, plants, fresh flowers, astrology readings, bric-a-brac, rustic bits and pieces, quality herbal supplements for your animals and of course Wyndhams own great coffee to help get you started!

Grab a cup of Wyndhams own great coffee, stock up on all your favourite local products, check out the new stalls,then kick back and relax over brekkie or lunch in the warmth of the supper room gallery.

In Season: Apples, Beetroot, Bok Choy, Capsicum, Carrots, Chillies, Choko, Corn, Eggplant, Eggs, Figs, Finger Limes, Garlic, Kale, Kiwifruit, Lemongrass, Lilli Pillis, Limes, Macadamias, Nuts, Onions, Parsley, Pears, Persimmons, Potatoes, Pumpkins, Rhubarb, Silverbeet, Tamarillos, Tomatoes, Walnuts, Yakon

All fruit and vegetables are produced by local growers whose gardens range from single beds to flourishing orchards and whose supply can be half a bucket of lemons and three sprigs of mint or 300 avocados.

Gardeners pick their produce the night before or early that morning, bring their wares to market and sell to the communal stall.

Our aim is simply to get fresh local food onto local tables.

Second Sunday each month 8 am to 12:30 pm

New stalls are always welcome

The Pambula Village Markets is managed by the Rotary Club of Pambula Inc. and the Pambula Recreation Reserve Trust.

Stalls offer everything from tea cosies to hand-made baby clothes, home made icecreams to home made jams and pickles, seedlings to full grown plants, jewellery to bric a brac, fresh meat and clothing. Dogs controlled on leashes are permitted.

Enjoy an egg and bacon roll, spring rolls, pancakes, coffee and a homemade cake in a friendly community atmosphere. Sites are marked and numbered, with a standard site frontage of 3.5 m per stall.

Stall fees are $20 for a standard site and $30 for a large site. It is possible to pay quarterly in advance and receive a discount. That fee will be $15 for a standard site per month, or $25 per month for a large site. All profits benefit Pambula Rotary community projects.

You will find lovingly handmade knitwear, jewellry, art, craft, organic skincare, eucalytus and lavendar products. There’s something for everyone including books, plants, fresh flowers, astrology readings, bric-a-brac, rustic bits and pieces, quality herbal supplements for your animals and of course Wyndhams own great coffee to help get you started!

Grab a cup of Wyndhams own great coffee, stock up on all your favourite local products, check out the new stalls,then kick back and relax over brekkie or lunch in the warmth of the supper room gallery.

Since the first Candelo Markets in 1982, the markets has grown through community support, to fund community projects and make a place for itself in the Shire.

The Bega Produce Markets are a local produce and producers markets held every Friday morning in Littleton Gardens, Bega from 8 am to 1pm. These markets are run by SCPA – South East Producers.

Aims of the Bega Produce Markets

  •     To provide consumers with fresh seasonal produce, locally made food and goods.
  •     To support the environment by reducing the ‘food miles’ travelled, lower transport costs and carbon footprint.
  •     To encourage the growth of local and South East regional Producers.
  •     To provide producers with direct marketing for their products.
  •     Through direct producer/customer contact to develop an understanding in the public of the true value of locally produced goods.

Local‘ means within a 250 km radius of Bega.

‘Producer’ means small business in character, not mass produced.

Wyndham Village Market – 4th Sunday

Sunday 25th August, 2019

Held on the FOURTH SUNDAY of each month, the friendly Wyndham Village Market operates in and around the historic Hall from 8.30 am to 1pm and offers an interesting array of high quality organically grown and locally produced goods.

You will find lovingly handmade knitwear, jewellry, art, craft, organic skincare, eucalytus and lavendar products. There’s something for everyone including books, plants, fresh flowers, astrology readings, bric-a-brac, rustic bits and pieces, quality herbal supplements for your animals and of course Wyndhams own great coffee to help get you started!

Grab a cup of Wyndhams own great coffee, stock up on all your favourite local products, check out the new stalls,then kick back and relax over brekkie or lunch in the warmth of the supper room gallery.

Stalls cost $15 for casual sites, $13 for regulars who book three months in advance and $10 for the car boot sale. But remember this month is free for first timers.
