Eden Killer Whale Museum Eden's History is steeped in the tradition of the sea & undoubtedly the most colourful era was that of the shore based whaling which extended from 1828 to 1930. The Eden Killer Whale Museum, established in 1931 is one of the oldest museums in NSW and records for prosterity this incredible battle between intrepid men in rowboats and the leviathans of the Sea. The Museum holds the true story & skeleton of the uniting pact made between a pod of killer whales & the human whalers which spanned over many years.
